Issue de la création artistique et diplômée en pychosynthèse, elle accompagne les femmes et les hommes à développer l’image de soi et l’identité dans le but d’une vie plus créative. Ce processus de connaissance et d’ouverture renforce la confiance et l’estime de soi, valide les talents et potentiels, tout en explorant le sens profond des intuitions et aspirations.

Elle propose du coaching individuel et des ateliers en groupe, anime également l’atelier mensuel Mythe’Me qui développe la personnalité à travers une typologie fondée sur quinze dieux et déesses grecs.

Elle déploie ses compétences de graphiste dans un accompagnement personnalisé autour de la carte de visite et de l’identité visuelle.

Elle travaille en tant que facilitateur graphique pour mettre ses capacités de représentation visuelle et d’écoute au service de l’intelligence collective et du développement des entreprises en créant en direct des cartes murales qui permettent à un groupe de “se voir penser”.

I grew up in Luxembourg, as a child of the European Community (my father worked at the European Parliament), which united the European countries after the painful lessons of two World Wars. My parents themselves are from two opposite cultures, Italian and Luxembourgish. The only language they had in common was French, so French became my native language. Therefore, I speak four languages: French, English, Italian and German.

Now I live in Paris. I work as a coach, therapist and visual facilitator. I combine a solid background of 15 years in graphic design with a 5 years coaching/psychologist certification in Psychosynthesis. This enlightening process leads to a better self image, increases confidence and validation of one's talents and potential, simultaneiously exploring deeper insights of aspirations and dreams.

By coaching and creating original seminars, I encourage women and men to live their lives to their fullest potential through self-inquiry and by empowering them to freely express themselves. I also allow women to playfully discover and reconnect with their own unique feminine expression.

I hold group sessions on four key themes: Self-image, Developing Your Personal Project, Reaching Your Goals, The Practice of Self-knowledge based on the 15 archetypical Greek deities of Personality.

In January 2010, I created my own network and a monthly evening dedicated to self-knowledge (based on a mythological grid), called “Mythe”Me. Through this workshop, women and men discover their true strength and playfully create new ways to express themselves.

I wrote an essay on the "feminine identity journey".

I also work as a visual facilitator, bringing groups together through graphic visualization.
